Job summary

Pluralsight is seeking a Customer Education Manager to help customers succeed through self-serve, engaging learning experiences. You will plan, execute, and evaluate educational content, collaborating across Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver strategic content that drives business outcomes.

You’ll build a webinar series, analyze data to improve engagement, and own customer playbooks and training as new features are released.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience with self-serve customer education strategies.
• 5+ years of experience running large, cross-functional projects.
• Experience in SaaS and recurring revenue businesses.
• Remote role with some on-site work near Dallas, TX (within 45 miles).

Responsibilities

• Identify educational needs with stakeholders and develop solutions that drive customer success and business outcomes.
• Lead and manage projects end-to-end with timelines and deliverables, collaborating with subject matter experts to evaluate success.
• Build, operate, and lead a cohesive webinar series with evergreen content and trend-based content based on customer needs.
• Apply qualitative and quantitative data to identify learning gaps, measure content performance, and iterate based on insights.
• Create engaging content and own customer playbooks and training with the customer teams.
