Job summary

Banyan Botanicals is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to educate customers about Ayurveda, handle orders, resolve issues, and deliver outstanding service across chats, phone, and email. The role emphasizes product knowledge, SOP adherence, teamwork, and support across departments.

The position is hybrid (Ashland, OR or Albuquerque, NM) with a remote option; starting pay is $17/hour for a 32–40 hour workweek, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Basic Ayurvedic knowledge.
• Knowledge of Banyan’s herbs, products, and resources.
• Basic computer skills including but not limited to Point of Sales systems, email, and spreadsheets.
• Ayurvedic certification or training.
• Customer Service experience.
