American Bear Nutrition is seeking a Client Support Assistant to deliver exceptional service to our customers of health and wellness products. You will handle inquiries, process orders, and help customers understand how our products can support their goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience, preferably in health & wellness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
• Must have a quiet and professional remote work environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assist with order processing, including order entry, shipping, and tracking.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or concerns.
• Maintain customer records and ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
• Provide product recommendations and educate clients on benefits of our products.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback on platforms.
• Assist with development and implementation of customer service strategies.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to assist clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
