Taylor Morrison is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join the National Customer Care team. The role handles multi-channel inquiries from homeowners and internal warranty teams, delivering exceptional service with a focus on timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping.

Based remotely, the position supports proactive outreach, creates service tickets, and collaborates with cross-functional partners to ensure policy adherence and high satisfaction across assigned areas, including Arizona.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Experience within homebuilding warranty department preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, chat, SMS across warranty topics and emergencies.
• Proactively return calls and perform outbound communications to gather feedback and follow up on unresolved matters.
• Create warranty service tickets from various channels and assist customers through the portal.
• Record, track, and manage escalations with appropriate teams using internal systems.
• Generate Power BI reports for survey outreach and performance monitoring.
