Kelly Services is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Specialist I to join our team supporting our global Client in a remote capacity. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences through listening, problem-solving, and proactive service delivery.

Remote candidates are welcome with certain state exceptions. Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service experience, plus ability to navigate systems and document interactions accurately.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalence.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience (Call Center preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline customer service by filing claims over the phone.
• Follow scripts to perform tasks and navigate computer systems.
• Review forms to determine coverage and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication with all contacts.
• Adhere to department quality standards and supervisor directions.
