Job summary

Maximus is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support the Health Texas project by delivering customer care and benefits enrollment via phone, IVR, and web portals. You will start onsite for equipment training and then work remotely from home.

The role requires residency in Texas within 70 miles of Waco, offers paid training with a $1/hour pay increase after completion, and a full-time hybrid schedule with 8-hour shifts during CST business hours.

Qualifications

• Typing efficiently.
• Ability to type quickly and accurately.
• Strong attendance and reliability.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proficiency with Windows or Mac operating systems.
• Capable of handling 100+ calls per day and repetitive calls.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via telephone, IVR, web chat, or other channels per performance standards.
• Provide accurate information regarding programs and services to consumers and enrollees.
• Track and document all customer interactions in applicable systems.
• Complete tasks and transactions per guidelines to ensure accuracy.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers and perform data entry.
• Fulfill customer requests for materials via mail, email, or electronic delivery.
