MTM Health is seeking a Customer Care Representative to join our remote Nevada team. You will handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities, serving as the frontline representative and image of MTM Health.

The role requires 1 year of call center experience, 6 months of customer service experience, and solid computer skills. A quiet home workspace and reliable high-speed Internet are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• Basic typing/computer skills with good navigational abilities.
• High speed Internet access (3 Mbps upload, 30 Mbps download).
• Must reside in Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Manage 60–80 calls per day, with higher volumes on Mondays.
