Cardinal Health is seeking a Representative II for Customer Care Order Placement. This remote, full-time role handles ~60–80 calls daily, placing orders, answering questions, and resolving issues for healthcare customers.

Training is Monday–Friday EST, with shift bid afterward, including weekends, from home. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 2–4 years in a call center, and comfort with order systems and Microsoft Office.

Competenze

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years' experience in high volume call center preferred.
• Remote/work from home setting preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Experience with order placement systems and tools preferred.
• Healthcare customer service experience preferred.
• Root cause analysis experience preferred.
• Familiarity with call-center phone systems preferred.
• Excellent phone skills with a focus on quality.
• Experience meeting daily call center metrics such as AHT & QA.

Mansioni

• Answer incoming calls from customers, caregivers and referral sources to place orders.
• Process orders for new and existing customers and collect insurance information.
• Provide order status, pricing, and product information; resolve issues.
• Navigate multiple systems to update order status and communicate delays.
• Explain insurance terms and requirements clearly to customers.
• Maintain professional, empathetic communication and compliant practices.
