McGraw Hill is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Customer Advocacy, to design and lead scalable programs that turn educator and student experiences into credible customer proof. You will recruit advocates, translate outcomes into stories, and provide insights to Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to drive pipeline, retention, and brand differentiation.

The role is remote with up to 20% travel, open to applicants nationwide within the United States, and requires a Bachelor's

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in customer advocacy, community management, customer marketing, technology marketing or related roles.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Excellent storytelling, written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Autonomy and speed: proactive, decisive, impact oriented.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
• Strong business writing skills and experience with PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SmartSheet, Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight, Tableau, Asana and AI tools.
• Familiarity with EdTech industry or working with faculty/educators is highly desired.

Mansioni

• Develop and execute a comprehensive customer advocacy strategy to increase retention, acquisition and brand credibility.
• Manage faculty, administrator and student advocate programs end-to-end, including recruitment and onboarding.
• Organize user forums, best-practice sessions, and advocate training events.
• Collaborate with product and platform teams to involve advocates in beta testing and roadmap discussions.
• Build long-term relationships with customer champions and advisory board members.
• Expand advocacy programs into new markets and opportunities.
• Collaborate to create case studies, testimonials and videos highlighting advocate success stories.
• Analyze win/loss data and share learnings internally to replicate success.
• Build an online community and searchable enablement tools.
