Job summary

CustomMade is seeking a Custom Jewelry Project Manager to guide clients from initial request to a final one‑of‑a‑kind piece. You’ll coordinate with designers, gem experts, and production specialists to translate ideas into manufacturable designs.

In this role you’ll focus on building relationships, presenting sketches and 3D renderings, drafting quotes, and managing project timelines to meet customer and business goals. Remote options are supported as the company operates fully online.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly in text
• Client-facing experience in sales, hospitality, luxury retail, or account management
• Passion for jewelry and design with an eye for design development
• Discerning visual taste for quality materials and craftsmanship
• Resourcefulness in decision making with imperfect information
• Track record of achieving strong sales results
• Experience in fine jewelry sales
• Technical jewelry design/bench experience

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships through online messaging
• Coordinate with designers, gem experts, and production teams to translate ideas
• Present concept sketches and 3D renderings; handle revisions
• Create quotes and manage project timelines to meet deadlines
• Oversee post-production tasks: resizing, repairs, maintenance and satisfaction
• Collaborate with CAD designers and cross‑functional partners
