Job summary

Artful Home is seeking a Merchandise Manager, Jewelry to lead our jewelry assortment strategy across catalog and digital platforms. You will own category strategy, curate designer and private-label mixes, and build strong relationships with artists and designers.

This fully remote role requires 5+ years of direct merchandising experience, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across Creative, Marketing, and Merchandising. Travel is occasional for trade shows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct merchandising experience.
• Experience managing a team.
• Jewelry, eCommerce, and multi-channel retail merchandising experience preferred.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in fashion, retail merchandising, or related field preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own jewelry category strategy and assortment curation across designers and private label.
• Merchandise our catalog and digital presentation, partnering with Creative and Marketing on campaigns.
• Recruit, onboard, and grow relationships with artists and designers.
• Analyze sales performance and competitive trends to spot growth opportunities.
• Lead and develop the Jewelry merchandising team.
