Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a jewelry Project Manager to lead end-to-end development for high and fine jewelry. You will own vendor communication, timelines, and cross-functional execution, ensuring data integrity in PLM and Oracle systems.

Responsibilities include guiding development, maintaining documentation, managing samples and orders, and driving design-for-manufacturability improvements while upholding quality and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years professional jewelry Project Manager or Product Development experience.
• Working knowledge of jewelry manufacturing techniques, construction, metals and gemstones.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication, judgment, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for new High Jewelry and Fine Jewelry development.

Summary

Lead the end-to-end product development process for high and fine jewelry, managing projects from initial development through launch. Act as the primary owner of vendor communication and cross-functional execution, driving timelines, identifying risks, and maintaining project documentation. Requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of jewelry manufacturing, and proficiency with PLM and Oracle systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide project leadership for new High Jewelry, Fine Jewelry, and one-of-a-kind product development efforts.
• Serve as primary contact with external vendors and drive project execution to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Partner cross-departmentally to ensure timely decisions, ownership, and alignment throughout the development lifecycle.
• Maintain product-specific documentation, project kits, and ensure PLM and Oracle data integrity.
• Execute and track sample and finished good orders; ensure proper receipt, transaction, and disposition of product.
• Identify project obstacles early, drive resolution, and present escalation options and recommended next steps.
• Collaborate to improve manufacturability, cost, and quality while preserving design intent.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years professional jewelry Project Manager or Product Development experience.
• Working knowledge of jewelry manufacturing techniques, construction, precious metal metallurgy, and gemstones.
• Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with strong ownership and accountability.
• Strong problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite (Excel, InDesign, Photoshop); experience with Monday.com, PLM, and Oracle; practical CAD knowledge a plus.
• Bachelor's degree required; gemology degree a plus.
