Job summary

YKK AP America Inc. is seeking a motivated sales/relationship manager to build and expand client ties within an assigned territory.

You will collaborate with Sales, Estimating, and leadership to provide project insights, support bid strategy, and establish yourself as a subject matter expert in curtain wall products. The role requires managing customer databases, qualifying opportunities, and supporting inside sales activities, with frequent travel in the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, business, or related field.
• 3 years estimating/sales experience in glazing industry.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key decision makers and owners in the assigned territory.
• Support bid strategy, provide project information, and act as SME in curtain wall.
• Prequalify opportunities and provide winning strategies for projects.
• Coordinate with Sales, Estimating, and Delivery teams on design assist and project handovers.
• Travel within assigned territory, up to 30% monthly, including Canada when required.
