Job summary

Pioneer Cladding and Glazing Systems seeks a dynamic construction sales professional to grow client relationships across a multi-state territory. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in construction sales or related role.
• Able to read and interpret construction documents, including plans, specifications, contracts, and budgets.
• Familiarity with basic engineering and architectural principles.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%; position is based in-office in either Baltimore, MD or Mason, OH when not traveling.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads: identify target clients, build lists, and get Pioneer onto prequalification lists.
• Manage key accounts: serve as the main contact for owners, architects, and contractors to nurture relationships.
• Pitch and network: conduct client presentations and attend industry events to market Pioneer and secure sales opportunities.
• Drive strategic growth: partner with leadership to select target projects and secure market position.
• Bridge sales and operations: collaborate with estimators and project managers to clarify requirements and ensure documentation.
