The role focuses on building relationships with owners, architects, and contractors, delivering compelling proposals, and closing high-value curtain wall projects. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in construction sales, strong document-reading skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction sales.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents.
• Familiarity with basic engineering and architectural principles.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads and build client lists to expand the pipeline.
• Manage key accounts and nurture relationships with owners, architects, and general contractors.
• Present clear proposals and technical solutions to win projects.
• Bridge sales and operations by coordinating with estimators and project managers.
• Track industry trends and collaborate with leadership to drive growth.
