Next Street is seeking a Curriculum Specialist to design engaging, high-quality learning experiences that help small business owners build practical skills and achieve measurable outcomes. You’ll work with clients, SMEs, instructional designers, and project managers across the full development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate blends strong instructional design expertise with top writing and collaboration skills, translating complex topics into accessible courses while managing multiple projects

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Learning & Development, or related field.
• Strong instructional design knowledge and adult learning principles.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and content organization skills.
• Extensive experience collaborating with SMEs to develop educational content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear, accessible learning experiences.
• Data-driven with KPIs to guide decisions and iterations.
• Proficiency with Articulate Rise and Storyline;熟悉Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Support all phases of curriculum development from discovery to final delivery.
• Translate client needs into measurable learning objectives; collaborate with SMEs to develop outlines and gather resources.
