Merit America is seeking a Program Designer to develop and enhance learning solutions that align with in-demand tech careers. You will create effective curricula and program frameworks, working with product, coaching, operations, and admissions to integrate best practices and innovative strategies.

The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, leveraging data-driven insights to continuously improve offerings and learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate data-informed approaches to address learning needs.
• Ability to design and curate end-to-end learning experiences across multiple tracks.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external content providers.
• Ability to translate learner feedback and data into curriculum improvements.
• Comfort teaching and coaching staff on new curriculum and tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, curate, and customize high-quality learning resources for multiple tracks.
• Collaborate with coaching and program teams to optimize learner experience.
• Partner with third-party content providers to ensure current content.
• Regularly update curricula based on feedback, trends, and data.
• Train coaches and support educators with tools and resources.
• Maintain consistent delivery across virtual tracks.
