Job summary

Davies Learning Solutions is seeking a Curriculum Writer to shape and manage apprenticeship products, bootcamps, and digital study resources. You will own product lifecycles, collaborate with the Learning Experience team, and ensure alignment with regulator requirements while developing engaging, digitally-led content.

Based in the UK, this home-based role requires quarterly travel to London and close cooperation with the Lead Product Manager to deliver high-impact learning pathways.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of insurance or financial services training needs.
• Experience designing and developing training programmes and content.
• Familiarity with blended learning and digital resources.
• Experience with Articulate, Aptem or similar LMS tools.
• Understanding of apprenticeship sector funding and EIF/regulatory rules.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop products across apprenticeships, bootcamps, HIT, CPD and digital study solutions.
• Own product caseloads and monitor performance and lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise product performance.
• Update asset registers and ensure compliance with regulatory changes.
• Storyboard eLearning content with instructional designers.
• Create client-facing docs, marketing collateral and web content.
