Job summary

Artemis ARC seeks a Project Manager – Curriculum Design and Development Lead for a federal contract. The role centers on adult learning, e-learning delivery, and robust project management to guide curriculum development and analyze learning effectiveness.

This remote position requires periodic in-person travel to meet with stakeholders and align on program strategy, quality, and timelines. You will design materials, track metrics, and drive process improvements across the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in curriculum design and project management.
• Master’s degree in a related field is required.
• Experience with adult learning theories, e-learning development and instructional models.
• Strategic thinker with awareness of marketing trends and technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Ability to manage competing deadlines and complex client relationships.
• Experience supporting federal government projects and transformations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain public trust clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee curriculum development for a large-scale federal contract.
• Assist with project management tasks for the contract and stakeholders.
• Develop course materials, scripts, exercises and teaching aids.
• Design and redesign education content to maximize engagement.
• Record metrics to track performance of course materials.
• Prepare reports for federal clients ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with the program manager to address quality, performance, and schedule issues.
• Provide guidance on project management best practices and procedures.
• Serve as a primary client point of contact for curriculum and training needs.
• Develop and maintain key project management documents and deliverables.
