Job summary

Artemis Arc is seeking a Contract Project Manager to provide overall management and quality assurance for a large-scale federal stakeholder engagement contract. The role oversees all task areas and serves as the primary interface with the Government to ensure deliverables stay within scope, schedule, and cost while advancing client objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in project/program management, plus stakeholder engagement.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• PMP certification within six months of entry on duty, maintained throughout contract.
• Change management experience with a large IT organization or government program.
• Proficiency with Confluence and Jira for task management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire contract across all task areas to meet scope, schedule, and cost.
• Act as primary interface with the Government; lead weekly program performance meetings.
• Develop action plans to address issues and advance new initiatives.
• Prepare quarterly Program Management Review presentations on status, schedule, and risks.
• Create and maintain schedules, dashboards, metrics, and trackers using Government tools.
