You will collaborate with subject-matter experts to ensure content accuracy, design engaging learning experiences, and align materials with defined objectives. This contract position emphasizes flexibility and impactful learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with coursework in instructional design, adult learning theory, and training.
• Over three years of hands-on experience in instructional design and curriculum development for adult learners.
• Proficiency in using course authoring software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and tools like Camtasia, along with familiarity with learning management systems and content management systems.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, applied use cases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Innovate and enhance online courses, tutorials, quizzes, and instructional materials using authoring tools.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts guiding them through course development to ensure content accuracy.
• Design captivating learning content aligned with learning objectives.
• Develop courses, curricula, learner guides, and training manuals.
• Incorporate visual, audio, and interactive elements into learning tools.
• Coordinate and lead webinars and online training sessions.
• Evaluate course effectiveness and implement redesigns.
• Maintain development records and prepare course evaluation reports.
