Job summary

Ethos is seeking curatorial managers to train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on creating and refining scholarly and public-facing material across museum and humanities contexts.

Work is fully remote, with flexible 5–20 hours per week and an ASAP start. Compensation is $70/hour, aligned with part-time engagement and remote scheduling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years working in a museum, gallery, cultural institution, arts nonprofit, or academic humanities setting producing scholarly or public-facing written material.
• Demonstrated command of art-historical, literary, or cultural research methods and the ability to translate scholarship into clear, board- or public-ready writing.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
