Job summary

Workiva is seeking a Culture & Communications Intern who will help shape the employee experience by supporting internal communications, engagement programs, and the employer brand. You will collaborate across HR, Marketing, and other teams to keep our global workforce informed and inspired.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Business, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related program.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and publish engaging content for internal channels to keep teams informed on company news, benefits, and cultural initiatives.
• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person employee events, town halls, and team-building activities.
• Assist in managing employee recognition programs and celebrating milestones.
• Help administer and analyze pulse surveys or post-event feedback to gauge employee sentiment and measure the success of internal campaigns.
