Qualifications

• Senior technology leadership in CRO or regulated life sciences environments.
• Experience leading technology transformations and platform modernization.
• Hands-on knowledge of CTMS, IRT/IWRS, EDC or related clinical data platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms, data integrations, and modern enterprise tech.
• Proven ability to align technology investments with business value through AI initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization of clinical technology environment and migrate systems to market-standard platforms.
• Oversee maintenance of proprietary systems for NCI relationship.
• Define enterprise architecture across clinical systems, cloud, integrations, and data.
• Build scalable data foundations for analytics and real-time insights.
• Identify practical AI and automation opportunities to improve efficiency and customer value.
• Strengthen governance, cybersecurity, privacy, validation, and software delivery.
• Evolve the technology organization to meet future-state roadmap.
• Partner with executive team and customers to translate technology into trial execution improvements.
