Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Chief Technology & Transformation Officer – Healthcare to lead technology strategy, modernization, and AI-driven transformation across a large hospital system. This remote role is based in Dallas, TX and supports enterprise-wide digital health initiatives.

You will own enterprise technology, drive reliability, and partner with clinical and operational leaders to improve patient care, clinician experience, and operational performance through robust data analytics and secure

Qualifications

15+ years of progressive technology leadership, including executive healthcare IT leadership.
10+ years leading tech organizations within large hospital systems or IDNs.
10+ years deep expertise in healthcare tech operations, data and analytics, and large-scale transformation.
3-5 years delivering AI, AIOps, automation, observability, cloud, and modernization initiatives.

Responsibilities

Own and govern the complete healthcare technology ecosystem across infrastructure, service desk, datacenter operations, and clinical/enterprise apps.
Define technology strategy, architecture standards, and innovation roadmaps aligned with clinical objectives.
Act as the executive technology advisor to healthcare leadership, clinical stakeholders, and operational teams.
Drive enterprise-wide technology transformation focused on AI, automation, observability, and modernization.
