Job summary

10x Team is seeking an experienced freelance Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – AI Trainer to guide and refine AI systems, with a focus on executive technology leadership and product strategy. This is a remote, project-based role.

Based in the EU or UK, you will review AI-generated content, develop real-world scenarios, and provide structured feedback to improve accuracy and alignment with technology vision and business goals.

Qualifications

• Experienced CTO or senior technology leader with deep knowledge in tech strategy and executive decision-making.
• Based in the EU or UK.
• Skilled in technical leadership, organizational design, product development.
• Available for 8–20 hours per week and comfortable with asynchronous, remote collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review and refine AI-generated content related to executive technology management and digital transformation.
• Evaluate accuracy and practicality of AI suggestions on technology vision, team structure, and business alignment.
• Create real-world scenarios and case studies based on CTO or senior tech leadership experience.
• Generate scenario variations reflecting best practices and forward-thinking tech strategies.
• Identify risks, gaps, or ambiguities in AI content, providing actionable, structured feedback to boost accuracy.
• Guide AI systems to apply CTO-level decision-making concepts.
