Job summary

Flourish Research is hiring a remote CTMS Specialist to support clinical operations from home. The role offers a Monday–Friday shift, non-exempt status, and hourly compensation of $24.00–$33.65.

You will create and maintain CTMS templates, track visits, budgets, start-ups and billables, while ensuring compliance and data accuracy. You will also train site staff, perform system audits, and help drive continuous improvement in CTMS processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in clinical research with knowledge of CTMS and regulatory processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient with Office365.

Responsibilities

• Create CTMS templates for visit tracking, budgets, start-ups and billable items.
• Update CTMS templates when protocol or budgets change.
• Assist in site template/AR cleanup as needed.
• Suggest process improvements and participate in initiatives.
• Verify CTMS results via system audits and updates.
• Provide training to site staff as needed.
