Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science, nursing, or related field.
• Proven CRA experience with understanding of trial processes.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in CTMS and EDC systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trial sites for protocol and regulatory compliance.
• Verify data accuracy via source document verification.
• Train site staff on study procedures.
• Manage site communications and report adverse events.
• Conduct monitoring visits at pre-study, initiation, interim and close-out stages.
