Job summary

Precision Medicine Group is seeking a Project Support Specialist to join a cross-functional project team. The role focuses on maintaining timelines, coordinating meetings, and managing CTMS and study materials.

The position is fully home-based in multiple countries and may involve supporting translations and communications with sites and sponsors. Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree and at least 2 years in clinical trial support, with strong MS Office skills and excellent written and verbal

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience ideally in a business, scientific or healthcare discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Clinical Support Specialist or similar position.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains the project timeline in MS Project or similar system.
• Schedules internal and external meetings, assists with agendas, takes minutes, and files documents in the Trial Master File.
• Maintains CTMS data including milestone dates, enrolment projections and helpdesk tickets.
• Prepares and tracks training records; identifies gaps and escalates as needed.
• Establishes study-level SharePoint sites and manages access for study team and sponsors.
• Manages study-related emails and access to study systems; reviews access periodically.
• Orders study supplies and initial binders; coordinates shipping to locations.
• Maintains study trackers and supports production of study reports and updates.
