Job summary

Flourish Research is seeking a remote CTMS Specialist to develop templates in CTMS for visit tracking, budgets, start-ups and billable items. The role requires 2-3 years in clinical research and strong CTMS knowledge.

You will continually improve CTMS processes, conduct system audits, and train site staff while representing Flourish Research with clients and vendors in a professional manner. Remote work with up to 10% travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in clinical research.
• Must be knowledgeable in clinical research systems and regulations with a strong understanding of research activities and processes at research sites.

Responsibilities

• Create templates within the CTMS software to track visits, budgets, start-ups and billable items.
• Update templates with CTMS changes when protocol or budget amendments occur.
• Assist in site template/AR cleanup as necessary.
• Identify areas for continuous CTMS improvement and share feedback.
• Verify CTMS results with system audits of technologies/updates.
• Provide training to site clinical and financial staff as needed.
• Represent Flourish Research professionally with staff, clients and vendors.
• Other duties as assigned by CTMS Lead.
