Job summary

Engage PEO, recognized on the INC. 5000 Honor Roll, seeks a CSP - Client Service Rep (CSR) to support renewals and serve clients in a remote capacity. The role focuses on proactive service, renewal bidding, and day-to-day benefits inquiries within the Agency/Underwriting department.

The CSR collaborates with CSP Consultants and Benefit Managers to exceed client expectations and maintain high client satisfaction across multiple carriers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in health benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin support to CSP Consultant and CSP team.
• Manage client renewals and respond to benefit questions.
• Maintain renewal records using CRM and carrier portals.
• Prepare for client meetings and assist with bidding processes.
• Handle client inquiries and day-to-day benefits questions.
• Escalate issues to CSP Consultant or CSP Benefit Manager when needed.
