Job summary

Aon Corporation is seeking a Client Service Specialist I for a remote role. You will support the PEO team, processing certificate and policy requests, and serving as the go-to expert on client policies from your home office.

The position emphasizes data management, Excel proficiency, and strong client communication. College degree preferred, HS diploma acceptable with relevant experience, and a 100% remote CST/EST or CST/EST schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have data management experience and be proficient with Excel.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients.
• License in property and casualty preferred or obtained within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Process certificate/policy requests.
• Act as day-to-day subject matter expert on client policies.
• Data management across client files and systems.
• Shift between priorities while maintaining productivity and time-management discipline.
