Job summary

Atlas Copco Compressors LLC -North America Customer Center is seeking a Remote Distributor Development Manager to strengthen our distributor network across the U.S. by refining onboarding systems and processes, and by delivering market analyses and reports.

You will lead loyalty initiatives and help shape online quoting tools while aligning with sales leadership. Five years of sales management experience is required, with a Bachelor's degree in Business or engineering.

Qualifications

• Five years of sales management experience, including field sales and territory management.
• Industrial sales experience is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or other technical area, and/or equivalent training and education.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen our distributor base by streamlining systems and onboarding processes.
• Review and develop internal processes and tools for efficiency.
• Prepare related business development reports and conduct market analysis.
• Launch a Distributor Rewards loyalty Program.
• Create online quoting tools to ensure accurate distributor quotes.
• Monitor distributor performance and ensure quality targets are met.
