Magic is hiring a Customer Success Manager for a fully remote, global role. You will own a portfolio of client relationships, protect revenue, drive expansions, and deliver strategic value to founders and executives across the US and beyond.

You will manage onboarding, enablement, and ongoing relationships, leveraging HubSpot or Salesforce, Excel dashboards, and data-driven playbooks to achieve 90%+ gross retention and 110%+ net retention while growing accounts.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of B2B customer success or account management experience.
• Direct revenue retention and expansion targets ownership.
• US market experience and executive communication skills.

Mansioni

• Strategic Account Management with revenue growth focus.
• Own a portfolio and drive 90%+ gross retention and 110%+ net retention.
• Lead renewals 60–90 days prior; negotiate terms proactively.
• Facilitate quarterly business reviews with data-driven insights.
