Job summary

Karbon is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of accounting-firm clients in a remote role based in the US or Canada. You will create quarterly success plans, identify churn risks, spot expansion opportunities, and manage renewals, while monitoring usage and health metrics.

• Experience in a B2B SaaS customer-facing role such as success, services, consulting or account management.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Project management ability and comfort with revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of clients and manage renewals.
• Create quarterly success plans and monitor usage/health metrics.
• Identify churn risks and expansion opportunities.
• Serve as a bridge between customers and internal teams (Product, Sales, Support).
• Travel 5-10% for customer site visits and events.
