Job summary

Slang AI is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the SMB restaurant journey—from initial results review through adoption, renewal, and expansion. You’ll leverage AI-enabled workflows to summarize trends, tailor playbooks, and reduce friction for operators.

You’ll collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product, report to the Head of Customer Experience, and balance proactive outreach with efficient issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer success, account management, or similar roles.
• Experience owning retention and growth outcomes in SMB/high-volume books.
• Hospitality tech context or adjacent operator-facing SaaS experience.
• Proficiency with AI tools and applying AI in daily workflows.
• Clear, concise, warm written communication.
• Strong ownership, prioritization, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey for SMB restaurant accounts from adoption to renewal.
• Lead business reviews and analyze usage data to drive retention and expansion.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product to incorporate feedback and improve the product.
• Configure and drive product adoption across accounts, reducing friction for operators.
• Work primarily remote with occasional travel to headquarters and client sites.
