Eltropy is seeking a proactive Tier 2 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of 50 mid-size customers across the South Central US region. You will help credit unions and community banks drive value from our AI-powered communications platform, ensuring retention, growth, and high satisfaction.

You will own onboarding, drive product adoption, and lead strategic reviews, while collaborating with Sales and cross-functional teams to expand opportunities. Travel quarterly as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in SaaS/FinTech
• Experience managing a portfolio of customers and driving retention/growth
• Ability to conduct strategic business reviews and build long-term relationships
• Willingness to travel quarterly to meet customers in person
• Data-driven with strong analytical problem-solving skills
• Collaborative work across sales, product, and support teams

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of 50 customers and build strong relationships
• Conduct regular check-ins and strategic business reviews to ensure customer outcomes
• Cultivate referenceable customers and advocate for needs internally
• Develop and execute tailored success plans to achieve customer goals
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales to close them
• Program-manage onboarding and drive product adoption with training
• Advocate for customers and relay feedback to influence product development
• Track customer health, retention, and other key metrics and report them
