Job summary

Veta Virtual is seeking a Client Services Associate to support day-to-day trade desk operations for clients in the fintech and cryptocurrency space.

The role involves handling client communications, educating users on platform basics, and guiding trades via bank wire and ACH transfers. You will build relationships with clients and prospects while ensuring compliance and high-quality service, in a fully remote setup for LATAM or Europe.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in customer service or client relations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the discipline to follow procedures precisely in a regulated environment.
• Understanding of risk controls, policies, and procedures.
• Creative and analytical thinking, with the ability to work with all levels of management.
• Strong computer proficiency and comfort learning new platforms quickly.
• Comfort and proficiency using AI tools to support client research and day to day productivity is a strong plus.
• Bonus: experience with OTC trading, brokerage services, or financial product sales.
• Bonus: familiarity with suspicious activity reporting, AML compliance, or regulatory monitoring in a financial services context.
• Bonus: genuine passion for fintech, digital assets, and the future of financial technology.

Responsibilities

• Fielding inbound calls, texts, and emails from prospective and current clients, and making outbound efforts to assist clients and promote services.
• Using company compliance policies and SOPs to complete tasks accurately and effectively.
• Partnering with the compliance team to identify and report suspicious activity through internal reporting tickets.
• Developing and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients and prospects.
• Educating clients on platform basics, including wallet walkthroughs and cryptocurrency offerings, to build understanding and trust.
• Guiding clients through executing crypto trades by bank wire and ACH transfer for a smooth experience.
• Tracking individual progress on a quarterly basis, including call quality, approved registration ratio, approved to trading ratio, and average trades per client.
