Job summary

Alpaca is seeking a Brokerage Client Service Associate to support our B2B clearing platform and broker partners building modern investing experiences on top of our APIs. You will act as a trusted operational and service partner, navigating brokerage operations, trading, account services, and API-enabled workflows.

The role emphasizes first-level technical support for platform functionality, collaboration across departments, and ongoing process improvement in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in brokerage operations or securities industry is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain brokerage concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for broker partners and institutional clients across brokerage operations.
• Resolve inquiries related to account services, trading, transfers, funding, and operations.
• Process operational requests including account maintenance, order entry, fund distributions, journals, transfers, etc.
