Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Development experience in Crypto/Web3/Digital Assets.
• Proven ability to build partnerships with KOLs, IBs, affiliates, and trading communities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional proficiency in English; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute BD strategies to expand Bullbit's global presence and trading volume.
• Identify, acquire, and manage strategic partners (KOLs, IBs, affiliates, trading communities, market makers, wallets, launchpads).
• Negotiate commercial terms and manage the partnership lifecycle from outreach to ongoing relationships.
• Build relationships with high-value traders and institutional clients to drive activity.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations on co-marketing campaigns and ecosystem initiatives.
• Track performance metrics and provide data-driven growth recommendations.
