Destination Careers is hiring a Remote Travel Customer Support Representative to help clients select and book cruises based on preferences. The role offers flexible remote work and opportunities to grow with a supportive team.

You will guide clients through itineraries, accommodations, and activities, and handle bookings and payments with care. Prior experience is not required, but travel or customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills, including booking software and email.
• Customer-focused approach to client needs.

Responsibilities

• Plan and book clients' cruises, including accommodations, excursions and transportation.
• Provide clients with cruise options, itineraries and onboard amenities.
• Coordinate bookings and payments with accuracy and timeliness.
• Address inquiries, offer recommendations and resolve issues during booking process.
• Maintain strong relationships with cruise lines, suppliers and clients.
