You will plan and book cruises, provide options and itineraries, coordinate bookings and payments, and address customer inquiries. No prior experience required; travel industry experience is a plus, and you’ll enjoy a flexible, work-from-home role with travel perks.

Responsibilities

• Address customer inquiries, offer recommendations, and resolve any issues during booking.
• Maintain strong relationships with cruise lines, suppliers, and clients to ensure satisfaction.
