Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-sale transactions and guide guests in self-service tools.
• Answer questions about shore excursions and compare options.
• Process fun shop and gift orders.
• Guide travel advisers through Goccl functions and features.
• Convert sales calls into cruise bookings by capturing preferences.
• Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings.
• Support other areas during peak times.
