Job summary

Solace is seeking a Clinical Operations Associate to bridge clinical excellence with operational execution. You will report to the Chief of Staff to the Chief Medical Officer and help ensure our clinical programs deliver value while maintaining quality and compliance.

This role is remote in the Greater Boston area due to occasional in‑office work and offers you a unique opportunity to shape healthcare advocacy at scale.

Qualifications

• Have completed at least one internship or research project related to healthcare or related field.
• Proof you are curious, passionate, and operationally‑minded: provide examples of processes you created, tools you implemented, or chaos you tamed.
• Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete information; you don’t need everything spelled out to make progress.
• Clinical or healthcare interest is a plus, but operational chops are more important.
