Job summary

Prove is seeking a Product Operations Manager to act as a right-hand partner to the Chief Product Officer. You will amplify the CPO’s reach, streamline product processes, and drive cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution in a high-visibility role.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong operations mindset, excellent communication, and the ability to manage complex projects while maintaining executive-level clarity and accountability across the product organization.

Qualifications

• Experience in product operations, product management, strategy, or program management in an executive-facing capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the confidence to represent CPO perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and track core product KPIs, operational metrics and SLAs with stakeholders.
• Identify bottlenecks in product development and refine the release process.
• Manage the operational cadence of the product team with weekly syncs and reviews.
• Draft executive decks, summaries and reports for leadership.
• Represent the CPO in key meetings and ensure follow-ups are executed.
• Lead cross-department initiatives and build connective tissue across product teams.
