Job summary

Solace is seeking a Technical Product Manager to own and optimize systems powering our user experience and internal operations. You’ll work at the intersection of data, product, and operations, translating complexity into clear requirements for engineering and leadership.

You’ll collaborate across analytics, growth, care teams, and leadership to define, build, and launch features that drive measurable results in a fast-moving healthcare startup.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of product management or technical product ownership, preferably at a fast-paced startup.
• Comfort analyzing large datasets and querying data to inform decisions.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and ability to translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage technical product initiatives from ideation to execution.
• Analyze data, validate hypotheses, understand user behavior, define success metrics with dashboards.
• Develop understanding of user funnel and internal systems, identify optimization opportunities.
• Translate complex data needs into clear product specs for engineering.
• Prioritize ruthlessly and align stakeholders across teams to ship features quickly.
• Monitor performance of released features and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Maintain clear documentation and cross-team communication for alignment.
