Job summary

UtiliSave, LLC is hiring an Operations Analyst to map how work flows between departments and drive improvements. You will document processes, define ownership, and run cross-functional projects with clear owners and milestones.

You will report to the Technology Lead, collaborate with the CEO and department heads, and help implement the new process infrastructure across tools like SharePoint, Jira, and Teams.

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication for status summaries and recommendations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and driving dates and ownership.
• Ability to articulate requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Certification in PM methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Map how work actually flows between departments and document it.
• Identify handoffs and ownership gaps and drive fixes to adoption.
• Manage end-to-end cross-functional projects with clear owners and timelines.
• Build lightweight process infrastructure (SharePoint docs, templates, checklists).
• Facilitate recurring cross-department meetings and capture decisions.
