Skill is seeking an Operations Manager to support day-to-day business operations and drive cross-functional initiatives across the organization. The role requires highly organized, proactive individuals who coordinate priorities, track deliverables, and improve processes with multiple teams.

You will develop trackers, dashboards, reports, and documentation while supporting recruiting and vendor coordination in a hybrid Irvine environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operational priorities and cross-functional initiatives.
• Track projects, deadlines, dependencies and deliverables.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement practical solutions.
• Develop trackers, dashboards, and documentation.
• Support process improvement and operational planning.
• Coordinate meetings and internal communications.
• Assist with recruiting and interview coordination as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners.
• Support special projects and changing priorities.
