Qualifications

• 2+ years in administrative, operations support, or business analyst role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with JIRA or a comparable project/issue-tracking tool.
• Experience with Microsoft Access databases and Crystal Reports.
• Proficiency with Google Drive and Google Sheets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong customer service orientation — friendly, responsive, and helpful.
• Self-starter who works well with little supervision and can manage multiple priorities.
• Willing and able to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day administrative operations of the department, keeping records, files, and documentation accurate, organized, and current.
• Maintain customer, order, and case data in Salesforce, ensuring completeness and consistency.
• Prepare correspondence, meeting agendas, notes, and follow-ups; coordinate schedules and cross-team requests.
• Process and track Bills of Materials (BOMs) and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs), and support order and vendor coordination.
• Maintain trackers, shared files, and SOP documentation in Google Drive and Google Sheets.
• Build, run, and distribute BOMs and RMAs reports using Crystal Reports and MS Access databases.
• Organize and analyze data in Google Sheets to support operational decisions and management reporting.
• Compile clear, accurate summaries that give leadership visibility into department activity and status.
• Track tasks, tickets, and documentation in Salesforce, JIRA, and Google Sheets to keep projects visible and on schedule.
• Document existing administrative processes and recommend simple improvements for efficiency and consistency.
• Support the Project Delivery Manager with coordination, scheduling, and administrative follow-through across projects.
• Provide friendly, responsive, and helpful support to internal teams and external customers.
• Act as a coordination point across Operations, Sales, and Support to keep requests moving.
