Job summary

Zurich Insurance is seeking a Crop Claims Specialist or Crop Field Adjuster I to join RCIS in North Dakota. The role includes liability assessment, policy verification, and field adjustments within a territory that may involve travel and field work.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma with experience in agriculture or crop insurance and must obtain the Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program (CAPP) within 180 days. Remote work options are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Exercise judgement to determine liability by gathering and analyzing relevant facts.

• Participate in Risk Management Agency reviews and referrals for operations integrity.
• Protect Zurich’s reputation by keeping claims information confidential.
• Maintain professional knowledge by ongoing education and industry trends.
